When it was working, it worked great.  However, within the past month, a loud, grinding noise has begun when the motor kneads the dough.  It's actually so loud that I heard the noise from outside my house - with the doors closed!  I was hoping this would have a longer life than 2… read full review »

Front-loading washing machines wash better, are more energy efficient and use less water than top-loading machines. Although some fancier front-loading washing machines have more bells and whistles, better efficiency and a larger capacity, the 3.5- cubic-foot Frigidaire GLTF2940F washer is less expensive and cleans clothes well, reviews say. The Frigidaire doesn't have a huge range of cycles and temperature options, but it does have automatic wash level and temperature control.
