Panasonic - SA-XR55S Receiver Reviews

I'm a musician with a very discriminating ear. And I am incredibly happy with this soon-to-be-discontinued digital receiver from Panasonic. It has a myriad of connections and much better sound quality than most receivers twice as expensive. It is still available on Amazon for about $170--a big price drop--as the next generation of receivers is right around the corner. It provides great 5.1 and is able to handle either 6.1 or 7.1 (I'm not sure as I don't have the speakers for it anyway). The only drawback is that it doesn't pass HDMI, but for this low price, you can't really expect it to do...
