Panasonic - Panasonic KX-TG2120 Review

I tried it for about six months and found it unsatisfactory.  The handset worked well for a short period of time..  However, it could be used less than  five-minutes with each charge. If left off the base when not in use, it went dead. I tried replacing the battery and that did not help.  As they were expensive, I only tried this one time.  I talked to the company about the problem, and their only suggestion was that I return it at my expense to let them inspect it.  I have not done that.  I needed a replacement for the time it would be gone; so I just bought another and decided not to expend time and money on returning it.  I had the capacity for caller ID service and also call waiting, but I did not use these features.  The redial function was never right either.  The number was available for redial for only a few hours. The volume control and mute buttons worked well.  It was supposed to have a ten-station phonebook and dialer, but they never worked properly either.  Everything about it was a complete disappointment to me, and I would not recommend it to anyone
