Panasonic - Lumix DMC-FZ8 Review

My revue is for the Panasonic Lumix FZ28.  My husband and I were going on our dream trip to Alaska and I wanted to buy a good digital camera that would get a closer shot of the glaciers.  I read all the reviews on digital cameras and FZ28 was getting great reviews as the best camera for the money.  I searched a lot of websites to get the best price and I ended up getting it on Amazon for $249.00.  I bought my last camera about 8 years ago and I paid $200.00 for it and it was no where near this camera.  It has an automatic focus but you can also use the manual adjustments if you want to get more seriously into photography.  It has a very powerful 18x zoom that really did take great pictures of the glaciers we visited.  It is a very easy camera to use and has lots of extras that you usually only get on a more expensive camera.  This camera is just a step under a DSR camera that professional photographers use.
