We had to purchase new cordless phones due to the interference we got on old ones from our FIOS service. The Panasonic 4 handset plus answering machine phones were stylish, sleek, and within an affordable range. The whole system sets up quickly and easily, not complicated at all for those who might be tech challenged. The sound is clear on all the sets, I especially like that you don't need a phone jack in all the rooms, only the one at the main base. The features on the phone are handy, there is caller ID, a phone book, an answering machine, and the volume can be controlled at the touch of a button....

I purchased these phones last week to accomplish many purposes.  They have fulfilled each one very well!  Not only does it require only one phone to be hook into a phone line (perfect for my MagicJack), but it also has an intercom system.  This makes it very easy to talk to my kids upstairs on the other side of the house without yelling up the stairs.  Also, each call is very clear.    And the caller id talks!  I don't even have to get up to see who is calling.  If the number is programmed, it will say the name. I bought the Panasonic expandable digital cordless answering system with 2 handsets for my parents to use so they have a phone in the living room and the dinning room without the need running to the other room and pick up the phone.  It works so well, I decided to get one for my own home but with more handsets.  It has great reception on all the handsets, and only need to store the phone book on one handset and it can be share by others. One could clear up the voicemail message from any of the handsets.  It's another great product from panasonic!

The Panasonic Dect 6.0 digital cordless answering sytem is a good system.  I was looking for a cordless phone and wanted caller ID and numerous handsets.  I like the brand and it comes with 4 handsets and works great in the house and outside.   It has many features with "do not disturb" at night.  Caller ID lets you know who's calling before you get to the phone, good feature.

I recommend it if you're looking to buy a cordless phone.
