I really liked this blu-ray player at first. We have had it for less than a year and already started having problems with it. First of all it takes forever to get the disc started. Sometimes it will freeze and just showing an error on the display. When I try to get the disc out, it seriously takes five minutes for the tray to open. Not sure what is going on inside but I would not recommend this product at all. We are just using our playstation 3 until we can get a new one. Performance Started having problems with it fairly quickly. Playback Quality When it would play the disc, it was good quality Sound Quality Great sound, just couldn't watch the picture. Durability Maybe I just got a defective product, but I would say low quality. Ease of Use Easy to use.
