couldn't be easier to use and clean.  we use it for every holiday and on the weekends when we have parties.  we make pizza dough, cinnmon buncs all sorts of things.  alwasy fresh too.  this year my son is in his new house and i know they would like one.  makes a great gift and is affordable too.  so handy and really doesnt take up much space.  i leave mine ou on the counter.  i use it at least 5 times a week. saves money and ime which is really important to me.  when my son moves out i will get him one too
