Easy Ups are very soft and a fun next step for kids

Pampers Easy Ups are a great next step for a toddler as you want to make the move towards potty training.  The Easy Ups are very easy to put on and are more like underwear.  The Easy Ups  are very soft--softer than pull-ups.  The characters are cute and my kids enjoy wearing them.  They are absorbant, however I do not think that they hold as much as a diaper does, and they usually won't last through the night.  The sides of the easy-ups rip open so they are easy to remove.  However, unlike Pull-Ups, the sides are not velcro.  Once you rip them open they cannot be resealed.  This is usually not that important, however there are times when the velcro sides to the Pull-Up are really handy.  For example, if you're out, you can easy change your child without taking off their pants--just unvelcro the Pull-Up, slip it between their legs, then reseal.  The softness of the Easy-Ups do keep me coming back though and I usually alternate between the two products.
