Pros

    soft, Come in large and small quantities, limited leakage, birth to size 5, absorbant

Cons
    sometimes expensive, biggest size is 2-3

Pampers Swaddlers — 

I started using the newborn pampers in the hospital but had already recieved them for gifts and I loved them!  They are soft and the tabs stretch.  My son tends to pee through any other diapers but not these!  The only time that he did leak through them was when the diaper wasn't the right size.  I have had to buy a size bigger when the size he does fit in gets to the point where he almost needs to move up a size.  He is able to move and crawl in them and I just wish they sold them in bigger sizes!
