I started out using pampers because they were what was used at my hospital. When we got home I tried to use another brand and was totally disappointed. The other brand wasn't as easy to fit onto the baby and they leaked! I have never had a problem with the pampers, except when she needed to move up a size. The sizing is the only con that I have found with these diapers. The weight associated with each size is off, and I found myself moving my daughter up a size before she even got close to the weight "limit". It's not that big of a deal but my daughter is in size three at 4 months and we have to buy "pampers babydry" because the biggest size in swaddlers is 2-3... overall I am afraid to ever try anything else since these work so well, and in my eyes the extra that they cost is worth it for the quality.
