When my son was born, I knew verry little about diapers, and to be honest, I didn't know the difference between sensitive diapers and normal diapers. I still don't know if I know the complete difference, but I do know at least the most obvious: the yellow stripe on every diaper telling you if the diaper has been wet! I loved having this feature on my Pampers Swaddlers Sensitive newborn diapers. I was afraid that I might not notice if he needed changing until he was soaking through his diapers, but with these sensitive diapers, I knew without even having to take all his clothes off! I just would peek under his onesie and I would know. The other thing I noticed was that the butt side was relatively see-through. I don't mean that it was clear, but I was able to see if he had soiled a diaper without having to pull his diaper aside and risk putting my fingers in his dirty business, which I have to add, his daddy did a couple of times! Overall I think Pampers are my favorite diapers, even though only the swaddlers had the cool stripe feature, because they fit my child the best out of all the diapers I have tried.
