We are first time parents and we found these diapers to be THE BEST diapers out there. They breathe very well, ...very very soft and absorbent and our daughter hasn't had one diaper rash yet - even without using diaper cream. I had a small package of regular Swaddlers and she had a minor diaper rash within a day! Switched back to the Sensitive Swaddlers and she was back to normal. Still not using diaper rash cream and no rashes at all! I am going to use these in the larger sizes when she grows too. Being a first time mom, I love the urine indicator and how the yellow line turns blue showing that he has wet his diaper. We had very few issues with stool leaking out of these. The hospital our daughter was born in used these diapers as well. I tried - Huggies pure & natural too. Huggies has a lot more leaks. Although the Umbilical cord notch isn't as deep as Huggies but band can be easily folded down. The back of the papmers has plenty of absorbent material in the back so no blowouts up the back like Huggies.
