We received our first Pampers Swaddlers Sensitive Newborn Diapers as a gift for our baby shower. They were a little expensive, but I was excited because all of the ads I've seemed made them look like the best diapers for a new baby. They really are incredibly soft, but I don't know how the sensitive are different from the normal Pampers Swaddlers. We've tried both with our baby girl, and she hasn't seemed to prefer one over the other. These diapers hold both pee and poop well. In fact, she has only had one "blowout" when we used these diapers. I think that one of the best features is the stripe down the front that turns from yellow to green when the diaper is wet. This was especially useful when our daughter was first born and she wasn't peeing as much as she does now. Overall, these diapers are very good, but I wouldn't say that they are worth the expensive price. When I can use some coupons or buy them at Sam's and get them for a very cheap price, I will buy them. Otherwise, I will stick with Luvs because, though they aren't as soft and they don't have the wetness indicator, they are much cheaper and work almost as well. (Also, I hesitate to mention this because I'm not totally sure that the ones we bought had an umbilical cord cut out, but we thought they were supposed to. However, if they were supposed to, then the cut out was barely noticeable. Huggies Newborns have a much better umbilical cord cut out. )
