I'm a mom of three very active boys (and they have been since birth). I started using Pampers with my first-born and have trusted them ever since. Two of my sons have sensitive skin, but the Pampers didn't irritate them. Pampers keeps the moisture off the skin, and will actually hold a lot of liquid (as I've put that one to the test too.) Before I became a SAHM, my oldest was in daycare. One day the daycare worker put another child's diaper, which wasn't a Pampers, on my son and his poor bottom broke out badly. I've never tried that other name-brand diaper since, and stick only to Pampers.....from birth all the way to training pants. Even the swimmies work great.
