Pros

    absorbant, soft, limited leakage, Come in large and small quantities

Cons
    disposable (makes waste), can't be reused (costs more money), up to size 2, diapers in general are expensive

I absolutely loved the Pampers Swaddlers.  The inside and outside of the diapers were so incredibly soft.  I loved putting these on my son when he was small.  I loved the fact that they had the preemie size b/c my son was a preemie and the hospital used this kind of diaper.  I was so sad when I had to change to the Cruisers, which have the same softness inside as the Swaddlers do.  I wish the diapers were less in price, but they always have a $1.50 off coupon in the Cruisers pack and you get points everytime you buy the diapers and wipes.
