As a caregiver, I often use baby wipes for cleaning up after bathroom use. We had originally bought these because of the Pampars brand name, the fact that they had no alcohol and that they were described as being very soothing. An additional plus was that they were scented. Durability They lasted well Performance while they were technically effective, they were so harsh as to be unusable. They irritated the skin being cleaned. First we cut down the number and the frequency of the uses, until it became clear that ANY use would cause irritation. CVS's top of the line scented gentle wipes are much better on the irritation with no detriment in cleaning or scent and we are now using them. Scent the scent was subtle and pleasant.

I have tried Pampers wipes over the past 5 years and have never found that they can clean babies bottoms well.  They were always too "silky" and would not grab the mess.  They were ok for just pee diapers but if things got ugly - forget it!  I stopped buying them and would tell others not to buy them either.  I became an avid Huggies wipes user and touted their wonderfulness to everyone.  I recently bought the Pampers Thick Care Sensitive Wipes (came free with diaper purchase using a coupon!) and figured I would try them.  I was pleasantly surprised.  They had a nice texture and I was intrigued as to whether they could handle the mess.  I tried them out and they were terrific.  It may have brought me back to using Pampers wipes more often.  They cleaned up the mess without much fuss.  They have a nice scent to them and since they are sensitive care they should not irritate my little ones bottom. I didn't have to use too many wipes either so bonus money savings!

I normally buy Huggies wipes.  They are thick, soft and do the job without breaking the bank.  I had a coupon for Pampers wipes, and since I've never tried Pampers wipes before, I decided to give them a shot before my coupon expired. **Pampers Sensitive Thick Care Wipes** are hypoallergenic and perfume-free.  Since the package calls them "thick care" I was expecting them to be as thick as [Huggies Supreme Wipes][1]  because they are the thickest wipes I've ever found.  The two brands of wipes have totally different textures.  Huggies wipes are super soft and feel like soft cotton.  The Pampers Sensitive Thick Care Wipes feel more fibrous, like a blend of fibers.  They aren't rough, just not as soft as Huggies.  I gave these wipes only 2 stars because the slimy feeling they leave behind is very unpleasant.  They are just too slick on the skin too.  Also, they just aren't as soft as other wipes, and I want the softest wipe I can find.  I will not be buying these again, and will return to my Huggies Supreme Wipes or [Huggies Gentle Care Sensitive Wipes][2] .  [1]: http://www.viewpoints.com/Huggies-Supreme-Wipes-review-aa801 [2]: http://www.viewpoints.com/Huggies-Gentle-Care-Sensitive-Baby-Wipes-review-4de63 Durability Although these Pampers Sensitive Thick Care Wipes are thick, I think the Huggies Supreme Wipes are not only thicker, but softer too.  Performance What I didn't like about the Pampers wipes was the coating on them.  They feel slimy.  They literally slide off my baby's bottom because they are so slick.  I did not like that at all.  They even leave a slimy feeling on your hands after using them. Scent These are perfume-free, so they are perfect for those with an aversion to scents or who have sensitive skin.

Pampers Wipes Sensitive Thick work great! I really like the softness of them and they do the job. They don't fall apart. They are great for wiping up after a messy meal or after a dirty diaper. I have never purchased any other wipes other than Pampers, but have used others else where. I can only think that people buy those other ones because they haven't tried the Pampers. I wouldn't use the other wipes on my child unless I am out somewhere without my Pampers wipes. Thicker wipes are harder to use. But these make wipe ups quick and easy. They easily folder over to a cleaner section without getting anything on you. I would recommend them to everyone. Your baby won't know it, but they will love them too! Why use a rougher wipe just because it is a little cheaper. I am all about saving money, but somethings are worth it. There are plenty of coupons out there to make these worth your time and money.

When I first saw Pampers Sensitive Thick Care Wipes in the store I was so excited because my complaint with the Huggies wipes I usually use is that they are so thin that when I have a very dirty diaper I wind up using so many wipes. So of course as soon as I saw "Thick" I immediately bought them with high hopes.  Sadly I will not be buying them again. Though the wipes are thick and seem a bit larger they have an oily residue on them, are a bit drier, and just don't seem to clean as well as other wipes (even the regular Pampers wipes).  But the real nail in the coffin for these wipes is that about 3 days into using them my son developed his first diaper rash in nearly 10 months.  I believe it is from whatever the oily residue is on the wipes. I will not be using them again. They have been demoted to my car emergency spill wipes.   Bottom line save your money and buy another brand or even just a regular Pampers wipe.

Pampers Thick Care Wipes really get the job done. They are soft but really sturdy. I've tryied both Huggies and Pampers, and I really do think I prefer the Pampers brand. I always get good coupons that make Pampers a great bargain!

I absolutely love Pampers Sensitive Thick Care wipes! I've tried numerous different brands of wipes (including other types of Pampers wipes), and these wipes are by far the best! I won't use anything else! My 20-month old son is very fair and has sensitive skin, so I have to be very careful about what I use on him. These wipes have never caused any type of irritation or rash! Another pro about these wipes: because they are thick, I use less of them in a given diaper change than the thinner ones available on the market (which saves money...always a good thing!). I also like that they are fragrance-free. I would recommend Pampers Sensitive Thick Care wipes to anyone. Give them a try...you won't be disappointed!

I worked in the toddler room of a child care center throughout college and have changed TONS of diapers! As a result I have been able to try out every type and variety of wipe made. There were different aspects of several wipes that I liked, but I never came across what I would call a perfect wipe.I always liked how 'wet' the Pampers wipes were. They were really able to clean up big messes, but they were so thin that I usually ended up using a bunch of them for a single diaper change. Then there was another variety of wipes that were the perfect thickness but seemed a little dry. I ended up chosing the latter wipes for my children because I could always wet them a little if I needed. However, my second child had extremely sensitive skin and this other brand of wipes irritated him. At first I bought the regular Pampers sensitive baby wipes and again was impressed with the 'wetness' but really disliked how thin they were. Finally, I saw the Pampers Sensitive Thick Care Baby Wipes and bought them immediately. These baby wipes offer the 'wetness' of all other varieties of Pampers wipes, but the thickness of the other variety of wipes I had been using. They are also extremely soft and cloth-like and they didn't cause my baby's skin to break out. I have finally found the Pefect baby wipes!

I saw these new wipes at my local BJs Warehouse, and they had a great in-club coupon for them, so I decided to check them out. I typically only Purchase Pampers wipes and diapers, because my one son has had reactions to Huggies products. When I first opened the case, I was pleased to see the packaging of the wipes. It was a soft pack with a hard-topped wipes dispenser. These are great for in the diaper bag, or on-the-go, and much more convenient than the Pampers Sensitive wipes that I used to buy--those came in a large hard plastic tub. The wipes are soft and thick, with no perfumy scent, which I like. Neither of my children have ever developed a rash from these wipes.  While they DO cost more per wipe than some other brands, including Pampers Sensitive, they last a lot longer, because you can use less of them to clean those messy baby bottoms! These are the only baby wipes I've purchased since I first saw them. I purchase them in bulk, so the cost is pretty reasonable, although they are more expensive than many other baby wipes.

Pampers Sensitive Thick Care wipes are my absolute favorite wipes. They are the perfect thickness to keep your hands from getting dirty, while not being too thick to clean those hard-to-reach folds of baby skin. They are also very soft to the touch. I prefer frangrance free baby products and these do not have a strong smell like some other wipes. My son has dealt with various allergies and rashes and these wipes have never caused any irritation. They dispense easily until you get down to the last few wipes in the container. Although the pampers sensitive thick wipes are more expensive than some other wipes, I find that I use less of them. They are particular effective with number two. So, they are still a good value despite the higher price. I would definitely recommend these wipes if your baby has sensitive skin. They are also a great product to have on hand whenever your baby has diarrhea.
