Pampers Baby Dry — 

This diaper is great. My daughter has sensitive skin and pampers is the only brand that won't give her a rash. The baby dry have no extra bulk and a great fit. They never leak and she never smell like pee.  She can sleep 9 hours through the night with a full diaper and no redness in the morning.

When my daughter (who is now 11) was an infant, the only disposable diaper she could tolerate was Huggies Supreme.
