I used these with my first child all the time.  When I got to the second, it was if they changed something in the process.  I experienced leaks and they didn't fit quite right.  I'm going to chalk it up to the differences between a boy and a girl but I cna't be sure.  Somehow they feel flimsy and are certainly damp after and all night wear on the outside.  I made the switch to Huggies Supremes and never looked back.
