I have to say that quality-wise, Pampers are my FAVORITE diaper.  They are soft, absorbent, non-bulky, and cute.  That said...  I don't like spending $0.25 every time my son needs a change!!!  That adds up really quick.  I will buy Pampers if I happen to see that they are on sale; I have found Jumbo packs in the clearance bins at grocery stores (go figure!) and snapped them up for $5 or $6 and thought, "YESSSSSS!"  But to pay their regular prices is just too much for my family.

In my perfect world, when the budget is a bit freer, we would use Luvs during the day and Pampers at night.

Okay, heck, if my world was perfect, my boy would poop on purely Pampers.  They are a nice diaper.  I just don't like throwing out quarters.

Maybe some day when my golden ship comes in, there will only be stacks of Pampers on our changing table shelves.  If you can afford them, use them.  Otherwise there's:
  • Target diapers (daytime use only, I recommend)
  • Luvs
  • Kirkland Signature
