From braids to cookies to pizzas, this is a versatile flat Baking Stones and I use it for so many items! Ths is anh everyday favorite in my kitchen!. Classic Round Stone evenly bakes biscuits, pastries and bread doughs. The size is great bisg a full 13-inch in diameter. These stones are reasonably priced. Typically you will find them easy to clean (once properly seasoned). They only get better with time and use! They come with a guarantee. Pick one of these up (and they do come in many shapes and sizes) and throw away those old metal easy to burn cookie sheets. Your dish will be a wonderful golden brown when done and evenly cooked through out. I use mine for cookies, tarts, baked apples and more! I love the easy clean up - usually nothing more than a little water adn rubbed down thih small scraper that comes with it and it is clean and ready for the next use. The only drawback is that it can be a bit heavy - but well worth the effort when you see how wonderful your dish will turn out!
