I was slightly skeptical at first but I am now sold and have been replacing all my metal pans for baking and cooking stones!
A baking pan/stone is now just a 5 minute cleanup for me!
The hardest part to remember is not cleaning the stone with dish soap as this is a habit that is hard to break but well worth it! I say purchase yourself a small pan first to try first to see if it is for you before spending a lot of money on a larger pan/stone to not enjoy.
Food just seems to taste better when cooked in or on a stone also. (I can't tell you why it just does!)
Baking stones are a big time saver in the kitchen! Especially during the cleanup time. Lets face it we spend so much time preparing the meals to just find ourselves spending just about the same amount of time on the cleanup process after all a bit of help is a good thing!!!
