a busy person, impressed with this product, lover of things that make cooking easier
Pros

    Cuts down on cooking time, All differant types of shapes and sizes, Browns nicely, Can go in oven or microwave, Glazed stoneware can be used to serve, Price is right and has guarantee

Stoneware makes cookes cooking so much faster and easier.  It really does bring fun back to cooking.  I enjoy the ease of use and the easy clean up.  I use mine for baked chicken and they are great if you get the glazed ones because you can take them to the table for serving.  They make a nice presentation dish.
