Pricey but good quality

Stainless steel bowls are something that every kitchen needs and this set is definitely a good set to have. Of course the price is on the high end and I honestly don't know that they really are worth the cost, compared to getting something a little cheaper. These bowls do however serve their purpose and are more than worthy of use in any kitchen. They have a good shape and the lids are very handy. The little pouring lip comes in handy for many uses, especially pancake mix and pouring beaten eggs. They also have a convenient handle that allows for a unique grip. These bowls are certainly durable, since they are solid stainless steel. they can take a lot of use and they hold up well without looking beat up. They are easy to clean and they stack nicely so that they are also easy to store in the cabinet without taking up a lot of room. Even though they are a bit expensive, I would say if the price doesn't turn you off, this set is a good quality and will last a long time.

Nice quality bowls

My mom owns this set of bowls, and I use them every time I go home to visit. Pampered Chef products, in my experience, tend to be more expensive than your average baking accouterments; sometimes the extra cost proves to be worth it, sometimes Pampered Chef is kind of shoddy quality. These bowls, though, are the real deal. They are solid and durable. The stainless bowls are sturdy, but the best thing about these mixing bowls is the thick rubber on the bottom. It helps the bowls sit solidly on the counter and prevents them from slipping or moving around while you are mixing. The bowls are quite deep, which could be a positive or a negative, depending on your preference and what you're using them for. I also like the handle feature; it has a hole in it that is surrounded by grip-able rubber, which makes it easy to hold onto while mixing, if you so desire. I'm sure there are cheaper options out there, but these bowls are great.

USE ALL THE TIME

These are awesome bowls. When you first see them you think that the price is very high. But i have to say that if you buy a kitchen aid stainless steal bowl you pay about half of what all three of these bowls cost together. And these bowls come with better features. They each have a lid that fits very securely and tight. They also have measurements written on the inside of the bowl. They really help me figure out how much of a dish to make or how many ingredients to add to the bowl. The handle on the side of the bowl has a hole in it that is lined with a comfort grib material that helps you really hold onto the bowl while you mix everything up. The feature that I think that I like the most is that the bottom of each of the bowls has a "layer" of silicone to make the bowls completely no slip. So when you are really mixing things up like with a hand mixer the bowl does not move around on the counter top. It stays real secure and stable. I think these are my favorite bowls of all time.

Unique Stainless Bowls

5

The Pampered Chef Stainless Mixing Bowl Set is so much better than any old stainless bowl you'll find at most kitchen stores or any store that sells basic supplies. They are made of a very durable stainless (not cheap) and are in a set of great sizes. Two quarts, Four quarts and Six quarts. They have a silicone base on the bottom to prevent it from slipping on your countertop and allowing you a steady hold on it so you don't have to chase it around while you mix. They also have a hole for your thumb to go through again, giving you easy grip. They come with lids for storage and travel. The lids fit just inside the rim instead of over so you get a completely airtight seal. They next for storage and are dishwasher safe. THey have measure marks on the inside so you can use them to measure and mix at the same time, and they also have pour spouts. Refrigerator and freezer safe as well. They are beautiful and would definitely be a good addition to any kitchen.

Pampered Chef mixing bowls with sturdy lids

The pampered chef stainless bowls features are great, but I never would have gotten them without the half off discount that a friend offered me on her party. The bottom of the bowl is gripped with black rubber that stays clean and keeps your bowl from sliding around all over the place. These bowls come in three different sizes that are great for mixing and to take to parties and other places. They are also very convenient to travel around because they dont roll around because they have a flat enough bottom and you never have to worry about your contents spilling over in the interior of your vehicle. These bowls also have pour lips on the edge so you can pour into anything without making a mess. This is a feature that is often used because when you make any batter the recipe often calls for mixing the dry and wet ingredients separate then adding one to the other. About the non-skid bottoms, it is very good about keeping the bowl from moving as you mix.
