This is not just a pizza cutter. I am a baker. I'll try anything and really like all sorts of specialty brownies. This is the greatest to cut them without a mess. Our parties always include sheets of brownie sandwiches, thin brownie layers on the top and bottom and oh so decadent fillings between. Just pop them in the fridge for a short time and this cutter works better than any knife ever cut them. No mess, no broken pieces. it also is great on all the big cookie cakes I make, no matter what flavor or what's in them. Together with the baking stone this is just a great gadget. And yes........we make our own pizzas weekly to use this on.
