I am an avid Pampered Chef lover. My husband goes nuts everytime I buy something new from Pampered Chef. This is one of the items that even my husband went nuts over. It is very easy to use and does exactly what it says. You can chop hamburger, sausage, eggs etc. into very small crumbles for use in spagetti, gravies, salads, you name it. I bought the mix and chopper at my last party.  I couldn't wait to try it out.  I absolutely love it.  I make a lot of different meals that require ground meat.  I hated trying to break it into small pieces and cook it but the mix n chop tool does a great job--no more chasing those chunks around the pan to try and break them up.  I use it for other items as well like deviled egss-those slippery little things are a breeze to smash… read full review »

I used this item for the first time the other day. It was great! I've always used a spatchula to chop up the meat. With the Mix & Chop I didn't have to stab at the meat and constantly flip it. All of it was done in one motion and there were no large chunks when I was done. The clean up was a little more difficult, though. The Pampered Chef Mix-n-Chop is nice for hamburger. When you are frying it you need to mix it around and get it out of the "block" it's shaped in. And this tool is great for that and I use it everytime for hamburger. But I have tried this with other things and it does not seem to work well. I have had this tool for several months and love it.  It does exactly what I thought it would...break up chunks of ground meat when cooking.  The one drawback is that you need to scrape the raw meat out of the grooves occasionally when cooking.  Nothing big, but just adds another utensil to clean. — — I would definitely buy this again! —… read full review »
