When I first saw this product at a party, I thought that it would be so great since I use a lot of ground turkey and spend a lot of time trying to ground the meat while cooking with a spatula. It's a great product, but when using ground turkey breast (which doesn't have a lot of oil and is very dry), it becomes rather difficult to get the meat grounded to small enough pieces. I also found that it is good for doing just that, breaking up the meat. You can't flip the meat over, saute with it, etc., so it's very limited to what it can do. What I really don't like about it is that it is difficult to clean. When the meat gets cooked on there, it gets stuck and you have to scrub it really well to get all the meat particles off of it. When put in the dishwasher, it comes out clean but still lined or caked with meat. It's a good product, but for the price you pay for it, I would like it do more!
