I was given a Pampered Chef Pizza Stone as a housewarming gift, and I was thrilled to death, because I wasn't able to afford one at the time. The first thing I made on it was one of my specialties, seafood pizza, and I was making it for my boyfriend for the first time. I found that the dough rolled onto it very easily, and stayed where I put it. The crust turned out just nice, not too crispy and not too soft. The stone cleaned up fairly easily. I just dipped it quickly in my dishwater, then let it sit on the counter for a bit while I was washing the rest of my dishes. By the time I was done, any remnants of crust or cheese on the stone had softened nicely, and I was able to wash it off with ease. I've used it many times since, and not just for pizza. I've baked rolls and breads on it as well. I would highly recommend this to anyone who likes to cook. It is an extremely valuable addition to any kitchen.
