    crisps pizza crusts, Bakes cookies easily, creative recipes, gets ugly (seasoned) quickly, easy cleanup

    not dishwasher safe, Breaks easily, A bit pricey.

This product is great! Perfect for pizzas, cookies, and just about anything you would need a baking sheet for. Everytime you cook with it, the food gets better and better. It's easy to clean just wipe it off with a soapy rag and your done. Can't put it in the dishwasher and you don't want it to soak in the water. Usually food will easily wipe off. There is only thing that is flawed with this product. It can easily break. Heating up my stove with the stone on top. I reached up to grab some salt. The plastic salt container slipped out of my hands and landed on the stone, right in the center. The entire thing cracked into pieces. It lasted me about 4 years though. Heartbroken I bought another one and silly me, not thinking, I put a hot stone in the sink to wipe off. Putting cold water on a hot stone will also break it. This product will last a long long time, as long as you take care of it properly.
