    oven safe up to 400 degrees, DuPont Autograph 2 nonstick coating, easy to clean

Cons
    just a bit pricey fro the average cook

The pampered chef cookware is the best. I use it for everything. I am always in a rush to make food, Just because I work at night and my children are keeping me so busy. ok so back to the cookware, it's non-stick proof. Never have to worry about the clean up. everything just comes right off. The only down side is the you can't use steel cooking utensils or you might scratch the surface. Then it's no longer non-stick proof. But I would gladly pay $100.00 for the cookware.
