This it the worlds best cookware ever!! They are very expensive, if bought at full price. But they are definatly worth it. They work like a dream on smooth top stoves, they are easy to clean and I find myself not having to "crank up the heat" everytime I cook. I can turn on the burner to med and keep it there. They are heavy and conduct heat wonderfully. You can even use them to defrost last minute freezer pull outs, with their awsome ability to conduct heat they easily use room air to defrost. I found this out accidently off course, I was going to grill some pork chops inside, only I forgot to pull them out in the morning, so when I finally remembered I threw them on my grill pan to see if they would defrost, 5 min later one side was not as frozen, so I flipped them and checked a little later. I had them mostly defrosted by the time I started cooking them 20 min later. I don't have the entire set yet, but I am going to this stuff ROCKS!

See to be a little lying going on here.
How can you claim you found this out accidentally when that is one of their big selling points. in face to sell the pans they use a trick of putting a piece of ice in the pan to show how fast it melts. This is the ONLY reason they sell these for such a high price because there is nothing else special about these pans includin the non-stick that is found on any quality cookware.
