Pampered Chef Egg Slicer Plus Reviews

The Egg Slicer Plus by Pampered Chef may not slice many different items, but what it does slice, it slices quickly and cleanly.  Not being a big hardboiled egg eater, I find I use my egg slicer primarily for mushrooms.  However, if you've ever had a recipe that calls for large numbers of sliced fresh mushrooms, you will appreciate the egg slice plus.  I sliced an entire basket of button mushrooms in minutes--and without cutting myself.  The slices were uniform and nicely spaced.  It also works great bananas and ripe strawberries--and I'm assuming--eggs.

My Pampered Chef egg slicer is one of those little handy dandy tools that I was skeptical about buying and actually using.   Now that I have one, it has evolved into a slicer for eggs, kiwi, strawberries and even bananas for banana pudding.   Simple to use, clean and store - I would not take anything for my convenient and easy to use egg slicer.   I never fail to get compliments when I use my egg slice in preparing salads, garnishes and my Mom's recipe for banana pudding. 

This is a really cool kitchen gadget! I use it to slice olives, strawberries, and lots of other softer textured foods! Whole boiled eggs slice so easily in this. It rinses off very easily! I think this is a great wedding gift also. We enjoy ours, it is small and easy to store. It is not too sharp. I love it!
