Pros

    stays sharp, Great for onions, faster to chop up veg.& etc., goodto use and time saving, can replace plastic part, Easy to use, Quality product, fits easily in the cupboard

Cons
    Hard to clean w/o dishwasher, multiple parts

I have had this product for a few years. I use it often. Works great. The only thing I don't like is cleaning/washing it!! Food gets stuck in the grooves.l So you just have to wash it out RIGHT after you use it. If you have a dishwaer, that helps too. I'd recommend it to a friend or family member.
