Pampered Chef Cutting Edge Food Chopper — 

This is the greatest thing since the invention of the wheel.  My children have been chopping things for me in this for years and we all love it.  I have had mine for about 9 years and it is still chopping everything.  Easy clean up and storage is a snap.
