I have owned the PC food chopper for years.  I own over 120 PC products.  This is my favorite!  It's much better than using your food processor for chopping, because you are in control.  You can even mince garlic with it!  I have owned this product for over 10 years (I have the old design).  It is still sharp; the plastic has not cracked or chipped; I take it all apart and just lay it in the dishwasher.  This product is a must have in any kitchen!
