Pampered Chef Cutting Edge Food Chopper — 

I have had one of these little choppers for some time. I do like it. Especially since the kids are all grown and I am just cooking for two! The fact that it just chops small amounts is fine with me. But even when I have to chop more than once, it is fine with me and worth the trouble. It is simple to clean, easy to use and easy to store. Before I buy any kitchen gadget, I consider ease of storage. There is just never enough room!

I am not a huge fan of kitchen gadgets, but this is more than a gadget... it is more a necessity!

I have the PC food chopper as well and I use it all the time. I love it. I should really get the new one though. Mine's fairly old.
