    easy to use, high quality construction, no worries about getting cut on edges, comfortable grip

This item syays sharp and will never break.  Don't clutter your counter top needlessly.  This is also easier to clean - a quick rinse under hot water, let it dry and hide it in a drawer.  Have you ever seen a pretty can opener?  It's practical, not decor.
