Pampered Chef Apple Wedger does not stay sharp after many uses.

The Pampered Chef Apple Wedger is a great tool for the kitchen if you have many uses for it in cutting apples, however, the item does not stay sharp and looses its sharpness quickly after many uses.

I love the apple wedger, helped so much in making apple sauce!

I decided ot make homemade apple sauce this past fall with my triplets! Everyone told me that I had to peal and cut all of my apples... well I did not, I cut all of the apples with the Pampered Chef Apple Wedger. It took no time and I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!!! There were no cut fingers and it went into the dishwasher for easy clean-up!

I've had the Pamered Chef Apple Wedger for years now and love it! My kids always wanted me to peel the skin and slice their apples, or else they wouldn't eat any. It was always one of those "chores" I hated doing... but if I wanted the kids to have healthy snacks, I had to. So when a good friend of mine became a PC consultant, this was one of the first products I bought from her. The Pampered Chef Apple Corer/Slicer was my second purchase from Pampered Chef. I was able to try out this product before I committed to purchasing it. As soon as I saw how easily it slid through the apple, I was hooked and purchased one immediately.

I had preciously owned a store-brand apple slicer which was the pitts. The thing I always hated about eating sliced apples was the hassle of the cutting and coring apples. It took SO MUCH time. I rarely would eat sliced apples because of the how annoying the whole process was. When I first saw this product I knew that I needed to have it! The Pampered Chef Apple Wedger works really easily. This Apple wedger is just the thing for you if you love sliced apples! It the perfect apple slicer that cuts the apple into even pieces. It is great for parties because you can cut several apples in just a few minutes. Then you just set out the fruit dip and enjoy. i honestly think that this is made for everyone who loves to eat fruit and wants to cut it up fast. and its also good to kids for a healthy snack. i use this every day to cut up fruit for myself when i am on the run, especially being pregnant. this is better then sitting there and eating chips and salty foods. i just throw in a few apples, and in less then 5 mins i have a container full of apple slices. if u are the "on the go" type of person and wants a quick healthy snack, buy some apples use this gadget, cut up the apples, and put them in a container and off u go.

I love the Pampered Chef Apple Wedger! I want my kids to eat lots of fruits and veggies, but sometimes it is such a pain to prepare them. This tool makes it very quick and easy to add apple slices to your child's meal. I use it nearly every day! Best part is, you just pop it in the top rack of the dishwasher to clean it. I also appreciate the plastic protective cover that comes with it and keeps hands safe when reaching into the drawer. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone with kids!

I love fruit, but was always worried about how messy it is to eat an apple - the juice and biting into it. This wedger really works great! I keep one at my desk and one at home. It's so easy to use, I have wedges of apple that are easy to eat in bite-sized portions - easy to put peanut butter on!

Caution: this product is VERY sharp, and I would not recommend leaving it in a drawer for kids (of all ages) to reach in and cut themselves with. Pampered Chef does provide a cover for this - PLEASE USE IT!!

I HAVE OWNED MANY APPLE WEDGERS. THIS IS THE FIRST ONE THAT I HAVE BEEN SATISFIED WITH. I WENT TO A PAMPERED CHEF PARTY AND DECIDED TO BUY IT. I OWM MANY PAMPERED CHEF ITEMS AND THIS ONE IS ONE OF MY FAVORITES. I HAVE CHILDREN AND LOVE FOR THEM TO EAT HEALTHY FOODS. THIS MAKES IT QUICK AND EASY TO WHIP SOMETHING UP FOR THEM. I ALSO HAVE A NEW GRANDSON WHO WILL SOON BE GETTING NANA'S APPLES TOO! I RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO ANYONE WHO EATS APPLES OR HAS CHILDREN AROUND. IT IS A QUICK AND EASY PRODUCT TO OPERATE.

I Love the Pampered Chef Apple Corer. I sometimes have a problem with my teeth being sensitive when I bight in to a whole apple-so this way it's perfect-I can just eat one slice at a time. It's also great if you want to divide up an apple-specially with kids as if they don't get equal parts!

It also washes up well in the dishwasher. Also nice for cutting in pieces if you need an apple for a recipe. Easier to cut from the small pieces than a whole apple.

This apple cutter is the best on the market, hands down! I have two toddlers and we go through a LOT of apples! LOL

Until I got my pampered chef apple cutter I struggled with the cheap-o versions. Unlike the cheaper store product, this cutter is SHARP! It cuts right through the apple with ease instead of kinda smashing it was through, like the cheap Wal-mart varities. I also use it to cut onions, potatos and more! Love it!

I had quit eating apples because of dental problems but with the corer I am able to enjoy them again, I also core and slice peaches with it. I am eating more fruit since I purchased my corer. I have even used it to cut up small green peppers and to make potatoe wedges for frying. Ease of use is the greatest and easy clean up. I use my wedger at least 3 times a week. I would recommend it to my friends and will always have one in my own kitchen.
