I am a very big pampered chef user!! I have most of their products!! I jsut love my skillet as does my husband. He lo0ves to make skillet dinners, and with this skillet he can make it all in one pan. The Pampered chef skillet is very deep and hold lots of food! We get the meat cooking and it never sticks to the skillet. we then set the meat aside and get all of the vegetables going in the skillet. after they are semi tender, we throw athe meat back in and add what ever liquid will go with the flavor of the food. I love my pamperd chef 12" nonstick skillet. I have bought so many non stick pans over the years that just don't last very long. The finish starts peeling pretty quick and I have to throw it away. I was leery about buying this pan because of the price tag. I had a friend who had bought it and asked her if it has started peeling or getting ruined. She said no and I knew she had it awhile so I took a chance. I'm so glad I did. I know you can bake with it in the oven but I haven't tried that yet. It cooks evenly and heats up quickly. This is one huge pan!  It's perfect for just about everything, especially when you need to feed a crowd.  And the no stick surface makes cleanup so easy.  Nothing sticks to it!  Absolutely nothing.  Even if you let it sit overnight, it's still so easy to clean.  The Pampered Chef 12" skillet is probably my favorite piece of cookware ever!  I honestly believe that I'll never have to buy a new pan again.
