Adding "Oxy" Didn't Make Palmolive A Better Dish Soap

There are so many different choices when it comes to dishwashing liquid.   Although my dishwasher handles the bulk of my dishwashing chores, I still find myself hand washing dishes and glassware on a daily basis.   At some point our family settled on Palmolive because it's reasonably priced, we can always find a coupon to save even more money, and their products work effectively.  Palmolive with Oxy Dish Soap is the latest formula that we've tried, but so far, it's not my favorite.

On the plus side, Palmolive Oxy efficiently tackles all of the tasks I've used it for.  It can power through...

A few weeks ago my dishwasher pump broke. I used Ulta Dawn for years and thought there was nothing better for washing dishes by hand, I was wrong.  Ultra Palmolive Oxy is SUPER.  Suds fast and easy, using just a small amount, cuts through grease and the suds stay long past the hot water.  Very gentle on my hands.  I love it!! Best there is.

Palmolive does it again!  They take their awesome product (dish soap) and make it even better!  I love this soap.  I do alot of cooking, from anything like homemade mac & cheese (ewy gooey cheese that sticks wonderfuly to pans!) to burning the cranberries on Thanksgiving. This stuff does the trick.  The cheese comes right off with just a little soaking, and sometimes not even that (depends on who is doing the dishes and how long the pan sits before the dip in the water).  The cranberries come right off.  Those little bubbles of oxygen work wonders for getting the dishes clean.  Keep up the... review »

Best dish soap ever!

I bought this dish soap because at the time, Im without a dishwasher. I dont like having to scrub and scrub while handwashing dishes, so I thought I would try this. I cannot believe how well it works! We had chicken and rice for dinner one night and alot of the rice was stuck to the pan, and after soaking for about 5 minutes, all of the food seemed to slide right out of the pan. I also had made spaghetti another night, and my dishes had the grease stains from the sauce, they came right out after putting some of the Palmolive Oxy dish soap in them. Gets the Grease!

This is a great product.  I have used it directly on grease stains on clothes, added them to a regular laundry load and it removes the stains.  Even worked on some set in stains that I had no hope for!  I love the way it gets rid of grease on really tough to clean pots and pans.  I have always found it to be priced right too!  A really good product at a really good price.

The best skunk spray remover on the market!!

 Last week my dog was sprayed by a skunk.   Since the skunk spray is oil based we tried washing him with Palmolive Oxy dish soap.  It worked great!!!  Please pass this on to fellow dog owners.  Follow the wash with a conditioning hair treatment and your dog is as good as new.

Palmolive Oxy dish detergent, in my opinion, is the best product to get the job done.  It's amazing how it degreases everything from silverware to glass to plastic!  It is very concentrated and you hardly have to use any to get the job done.  I usually fill my sink, soak them for anywhere from five to thirty minutes and walla!  It's like wiping crumbs from a dish, so so easy!  I don't even have problems with red sauces sticking to my plastic storage containers!  It is absolutely amazing.  I have been using this product for at least the past three to four years, since I first tried it. ...
