Unlike the other scented Palmolive dish soaps that smell good but don't clean very well, Palmolive Aroma Sensations smells good and cleans great. The other scented Palmolive dish soaps don't clean very well and I would use about two bottles in one week. The Palmolive Aroma Sensations cleans great. I use one big bottle for about three weeks. One drop on the sponge makes a great amount of soap, allowing me to wash many dishes before reapplying more soap to the sponge. It even cuts through tough grease that is stuck on stainless steel pots and pans, without me scrubbing very hard. The smell alone makes the product amazing. As soon as I drop some Palmolive Aroma Sensations on the sponge, the smell will burst in the air rushing in my nose. It smells so good that I want to always do the dishes. No matter how greasy or how bad smelling your dishes are, Palmolive Aroma Sensations cleans them and makes them smell good. It even makes your hands smell good as well. The only reason I did not rate it a 10 is because it can be a little expensive.

Last year, I purchased a bottle of Palmolive Aroma dish detergent on sale with a coupon. After using it, I developed blisters under my rings. I didn't know for sure whether it was the new detergent causing the problem and set the product aside. The other day, I pulled it back out, as a bottle of another brand was empty. I had forgotten about the previous incident. This time, within hours, my hands were red and raw. Several cuts had opened on my knuckles. Now, several days later, and after much hand cream, the cuts have healed, but my hands remain rough. I threw out the product, and will never buy Palmolive again.

Who doesn't love a little bit of freshness and aromatherapy everytime they do the dishes? With Palmolive's **Aroma Sensations** dishwashing detergent, you not only get clean, shiny dishes, but soft, smooth hands that are kissed with a hint of bright, soothing lavender fragrance! It's the perfect combination in my opinion. While I do enjoy Dawn for it's powerful clean and its ability to cut through grime and grit, I don't enjoy how harsh it can be on my hands, especially after some time washing dishes or even whenever I need to clean up my hands. It really strips away all the oils from your hands, which, on a dish, is a good thing, but for your skin, not so much. And plus, Dawn just doesn't smell as good to me as Palmolive does, and that's what I love about it most. You don't need a lot to power through your dishes - a little bit of this stuff goes a very, very long way. It suds exceptionally well, it cleans and literally turns dirt, caked on food, etc. into nothing but an ancient memory. The scent is powerful but not sickeningly sweet; it's a wonderful, soothing blend of lavender with that fresh powder of regular Palmolive detergent. This soft even keeps your hands soft-to-the-touch, so it can not only be used as a dish cleaner, but as a regular, everyday handsoap - therefore, multitasking! Palmolive also has a better, more reasonable price and the Aroma Sensations bottles come in an attractive packaging, so you won't be embarrassed to have this sitting out on the countertop where everyone can see it.

I'm not always a fan of washing dishes by hand. The dishes pile up quickly in my house and there's only the two of us. But it also isn't economical to do a half load of dishes in the dishwasher, not to mention dishwashing detergent/tabs can be expensive. So I stock up on dishwashing liquid when I can. When I do wash dishes by hand, it's either when I'm stressing (for some reason, it calms me down) or I'm cooking something and I'm waiting for it to finish cooking. Or when the sink just gets too stinky from dirty dishes and I can't stand it anymore. I bought Palmolive Aroma Sensations in the Apple scent and I love it!! Even when there are dirty dishes in the sink, I have the liquid sitting in an open container mixed with water waiting for my sponge to be dipped in to wash dishes. Everytime I dip, I smell the fragrant apple scent and that permeates the small kitchen for quite a while. It cleans exceptionally well and tackles baked on foods or stuck on greasy pans. It also leaves my hands soft and smelling great when I'm done. What I especially love is when there are no dishes in the sink and you walk into the kitchen, you can smell the apple aroma emanating from the little dish soap & water container. It makes it a pleasure to walk into the kitchen.
