Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula Lip Butter, Dark Chocolate & Peppermint —

Wow!  I love Palmer's (enough that they should hire me as a sales rep).  I have always been a huge fan of their cocoa butter lotion, but never knew their vast line of products.  Recently I stumbled upon their bottom butter (diaper rash cream), face butter (infant and toddler moisturizer stick), and this...this fabulously yummy scented lip gloss/balm (glalm?).  It is amazing.  I have tried so many lip products...I think I need a 12 step program, and this is right up there with the best.

Things I love about it (aside from it being unbelievably inexpensive)...the smell itself is enough to make you an addict.  I have dark chocolate and peppermint, but I noticed on their site they also have a milk chocolate version.  It is incredibly smooth, and not at all sticky.  I live in Oklahoma...very windy...hair does not stick in it (insert church choir here).  It's shiny, but not SUPER shiny.  Your lips look like a shiny silk, not patent leather (not knockin' it, I'm just sayin').  My lips don't usually get chapped (seriously addicted to lip products), but they do get dry from time to time (again with the wind), and this really hydrates.  It's not flavored, and I'm actually thankful for that.  If it tasted as good as it smelled, I would have one well hydrated colon...maybe that's too much information.  I should not write these reviews when I'm tired!  eh,  I probably would have said it anyway.

Hi, and thanks! :-D Nope. No color. Totally clear! I actually like it that way because my lips have so much color. Some lip balms/glosses actually lessen the color of them...but this stuff just keeps them the same with a little gloss to it. My mom wears it under her lipstick and loves it. She wears it over lipstick, too.

Funny review. Haven't tried this one yet. I too hate it when hair sticks to my lips. Good to know, thanks. Does it put any color at all on your lips?
