Once a week I'm tempted to throw it out the window

oversensitive touch screen, battery life drains fast, a bit pricey, Locks up for no reason about 1 per month, not user friendly

I've had this phone for about 6 months, so I'm used to most of its idiosyncracies - and there are a lot. I'll lay out a few of them. I can feel my stress rising just thinking about it.

1. Oversensitive touch screen
If I smile when on the phone, I'll often hit the mute button (which I can then never find to shut off).

2. Poor location of buttons
For example, the button for hanging up a call is in the same location as dialing voicemail. So if I hit the hang-up button twice (which I often do, since it doesn't seem to work the first time,) I will also dial voicemail.

3. Phone gets stuck.
This happens at least once a day. Try to perform a function, and it just won't work. Sometimes it will work eventually, other times I have to remove the battery.

4. Battery drains quickly
If I use anything other than just the phone function, the battery drains very fast.

5. Maximum ring volume too low
I miss calls all the time, because I can't hear the phone ring

6. Poor interface
It takes too many steps to get to functions I use regularly. So to take a picture, for example, I have to hit main menu, scroll to the camera, then hit the shutter. By then, this bird has flown.

7. Email and internet are SLOW!!!

So you get that I don't recommend this phone/PDA.
