Most HelpfulThe Palm Treo 750 is my work phone. I love the google maps feature for getting directions and the tip calculator. I get frustrated somtimes becuase the clock often shows the wrong time. Also, I hooked this phone up with my gmail account which is nice. Overall a good phone and the full keyboard makes texting nice.
This is a great phone - and fantastic handheld pc. It's easy to use and seems faster than my laptop at websurfing. I'm not sure how pleased I would be without the optional memory card; but with the extra memory it has been great.
The phone is easy to use - something that was an issue with my last "smart phone". The dialpad is nicely integrated into the qwerty keyboard. I've had some trouble pairing it with my bluetooth headset and laptop, but I'm not the greatest gadget person.
I've only used the computer capabilities for web surfing, and it is amazing in that respect. The speed is impressive....
review »I was excited when I received the Treo, but disappointed in the lack of instructions available. The included manual included brief start-up instructions and the accompanying CD was not very useful. Online info was also limited.
The device often freezes up. I happened everyday when I first had it. AT&T sent a patch that fixed the issue for a while. Nevertheless, the internet was unreliable and I oten had to restart the connection to get on the internet.
The camera and photo quality are the worst I've seen on any phone. I was really disappointed. Video is difficult to navigate and...
review »I purchased this phone because of the Windows applications and because it was recommended by the salesperson. I'm not in love with the device, as the other review stated, the battery sometimes dies. I've also had problems with the camera and video and could never rely on them for a spontaneous shot of anything. 1 out of 2 times, I have to reboot the thing to get the camera to work. It does do a good job with my email and I do like the ease of use of the keyboard.
I had a problem figuring out how to lock the keyboard and for a month, my phone dialed 411 26 times and I had to pay for all...
review »Before I got my Treo I had to carry a phone and my Dell X5 so I had contact with the world and my brain. Now it's all in one. I have spreadsheets with everything I need to remember along with other Windows Mobile applications to make my life easier. I also have my entertainment in the form of music, games and ebooks.
The battery does occasionally decide to just go dead on me, which can be a problem. Also, being a Windows device, sometimes I just have to reboot for things to work. I would love to see these problems solved, but this is the only phone I know of that gives me everything...
