I absolutely love this phone it is so easy to use and has all of the great features that i need access to daily , It's like having a mini computer at your hand lol . I have access to my email with quick access to IM as well . Phone has alot of memory and you can also add memory with a memory card slot . Phone can store over 200 pictures on the device and sharing pictures is fast and easy to do .
I received the Palm Centro smartphone for free because I extended my contract with Verizon Wireless. I have to say that I am very impressed! I love how I can add all of my contact information, photos, apps etc. on my PC and then just plug in my smartphone and sync everything!
I love the variety of applications for this phone. I download them on my PC and just synch them, and they they are on my smartphone! It takes decent pictures as well, a great thing to use in a pinch when I don't have my digital camera on me.
I love the touch screen and QWERTY board the best. That was the number...

It has all the features of the palm in a cheaper package great for someone that wants a decent phone with out the price. My husband is thrilled with it cause all he wants is a phone with multimedia features, texting, internet, and calendar sync.
If you're looking for a workhorse pda, I'd recommend another phone.
The biggest reason that I didn't purchase this phone myself is because it didn't have wifi and I feel the software is outdated. Windows Mobile is more organized and I like the today screen. The palm doesn't...
read full review »I love my Palm Centro. Not quite a replacement for my computer, but it's portable and I can do work from anywhere--look up internet sites, create word and excel programs, and check/send e-mail. Oh, and it's my cell phone, too, so no more carrying a cell phone and a palm pilot.
One of the main draw backs is the fact that mobile internet is still new enough that not all pages are viewable, and my mobile browser does not do adobe flash, which is a big component of many, many video intensive sites and there are also some buttons that just are not functional on my mobile browser as well (such as...
read full review »I am very big on text messaging. I text more than talk. I bought the Centro Treo because I'm a busy mom and loved the scheduler of the Palm, and how compact and pink;) it was, but honestly It takes me 10 times longer to text someone. The keys are so tiny, there is no T9 option, and no voice dialing. I miss my old phone. The battery life also is a con. It always dies by the end of my day. My old phone would last for days.
Other than that it is perfect for internet surfers, and people who need to take their computer with them. I just wish it had bigger keys. It's a little to much for me technology...
read full review »I like this phone, but dont love it. The buttons are tiny and it is a weird formatted phone to get use to if you arent familiar with Palm's. I enjoy the touch screen and my favorite app is the express. I can check daily news alerts, horoscopes, and etc without browsing through the web to find them. An annoying part to the phone is that is use to run daily updates and somehow it would error and I would always have to clear the error in the a.m. Somehow that just stopped a few months ago for no reason. Also, I cant have my emails sent directly to the phone. I physically have to go through...
read full review »I picked out my Palm Centro as a free upgrade from Cingular. I had a Blackberry beforehand. I was excited because I finally had a camera on my phone again! I was also excited because I wanted a touchscreen. It took me a while to get get used to the smaller buttons but I love the QWERTY keyboard. Once I got used to the buttons it became a piece of cake! I love everything about this phone except 2 things:
1. You have to have an upgraded data plan to send and/or receive pictures because it is considered a "PDA" phone. Grrr...thats and additional $30 a month just to send and receive...
