Palm Centro Smartphone — 

I have had Sprint service for my entire family (Myself, Mom, Dad, Sister, and Grandma) for several years and was pretty pleased until I had the unfortunate encounter with the RAZR V3m, which was a good phone on paper but awful phone out in the real world. After my 4th replacement because of bad software used by Sprint, I called retentions and spoke to a wonderful rep who offered this phone to me at 1/2 what NEW CUSTOMERS w/contract were paying (at the time new customer 2 yr contract price was $99.99, and I was to be charged $50.00 for the phone) as long as i agreed to extend the contract on my one line.  I was quite pleased.Phone arrived a couple days later and ever since I can honestly say that I have never been so completely satisfied with a phone, ever.  Yes, there are things that are not the best but when you compare to others or when you take into account the size of this unit, you can see where sometimes it's just not feasible to do.  The keys are somewhat small, but I can say that i have gotten used to them as apposed to trying to keep typing on a regular cell...I use Opera Mini 4 on this phone to go on the web, and again it's a bit hard to adjust to a using it but hey, it's not a laptop or desktop, it's meant to be a phone and PDA.  Also, I check my email if needbe, and have taken pics with this phone that have turned out great, not to mention video (family sang me happy b-day and the phone got it all...maybe the start of me making videos.  I'm glad I made the switch and thank you to Sprint.  Hopefully they are turning the corner to a better road ahead, and to me this is a big start.
