PETCO Review

I have been buying my maine coon's food at Petco for about a year now.  I joined the rewards club because for every 10 bags of food you buy, you get 1 free.   I was recently dissapointed when I did not get this free bag of food.  I had to call customer service, wait on hold for 15 minutes, and explain the situation.  The man I spoke with was extremely helpful and nice.  He seemed to straighten everything out.  We'll see if I get my coupon for the free bag of food.
