PETCO Review

the only people who interact with the petco stores on a daily basis are the store managers. corporate never shows their faces in a petco store. maybe like 2 times a year. the district manager might show up once a month. so tell me another one. you must be a petsmart employee or got fired from petco because of something you did.

the only time a customer is alowed behind the door in the grooming salon is when they bath their own dod. which should be no where near the holding kennels. so either something else happened or you are full of crap and are trying to give petco a bad name.

and also, customers aren't allowed into the dog cage area of the grooming salon, so a customer couldn't have let the dog out. the salon is never unattended if there are dogs present. YOU ARE A LIAR.

i honestly don't believe they lost your dog. i work at petco, and our groomers don't take the dog out of the grooming area. if the dog has to go to the bathroom while at petco, he or she just does it where ever. they don't walk the dogs because of the liability involved. and if anything happened, if your dog bit them or if they hurt the dog, they would have called you immediately. they didn't lose your dog. i don't know why you lied, but you suck for it.

Wow, that's really awful. I would have flipped my lid if they lost my dog. However, does every Petco in the US suck because of the idiot that works at the one you went to? It's not nice to generalize that they are "all" bad.

I used to work at the Corporate Headquarters and interacted with the stores on a daily basis and can honestly say the store associates are some of the dumbest and laziest people who work in retail. All you need to get a job at Petco is a pulse.
