A very nice product, good for everyday use for basic computer functions within the plam of your hand. Comparable to that of many functions from an Ipod Touch, it offers great WiFi connection with the ability to enable and disable WiFi connection to save power, as well as bluetooth and Ifra transfer. Offers the ability to change SD Cards allowing for unlimited amount of storage on mulitple cards, easy to load music, videos, & games. The Kindle 2 takes an already great product and makes it even better. The text to speech is really great for people who can't read in the car, for example. Easy to read the screen, and the changeable font size is a great feature - especially for those who need reading glasses. Forget your glasses? Make the font bigger and you can still read clearly. Being able to download a new book or magazine at any time is also a great feature. Even in an area where cell phone coverage is not great, I get a great signal on my Kindle. I am the kind of person who has always lugged several books around everywhere I go {uber book geek}.  I distinctly remember struggling with my luggage and a easily-ten pound Patricia Cornwell anthology on a previous trip to Chicago in an effort to avoid taxi fare {cheap}.  While I enjoy sitting in my library surrounded by volumes of well-loved novels, I can just as easily be satiated with the occasional unbound digital versions of forgettable yet satisfying books that don't necessarily require a second reading (i.e., Dan Brown and John Grisham, of late) {lover of new technology}.  And...
