Dell Latitude D600 Laptop
I don't think you could get a better value in a laptop. Performs as well as any desktop I have ever owned. A true desktop replacement! Very highly reommended! I have owned many computers and tis outranks computer I paid much much more for. It's portable, user friendly and very reliable. The Windows XP operating system beats Windows Vista operating system by miles and miles. I purchased it as an extra computer to my laptop and I now find myself rarely ever using my Vista desktop computer. A truly amazing computer for the price!

Hewlett Packard HP Pavillion DV6000 Laptop is the worst laptop we have ever bought. I bought this laptop for my son in 2007 for his Christmas present. It has been nothing but trouble from the time we bought it. It had some kind of pre installed software update that completely shut the computer down when you clicked it. My son said it popped up and he clicked update. I looked at the computer and it said updating but the asked for a product key. The materials that came with the computer did not include the right # anywhere. The computer would not ever cut back on. I had to call HP and ask for a recovery...

I have a HP Duo2 and love it. I use it for online schooling and home use. It is all I need and my children need. It has enough memory space to keep all my daughter's music and all my pictures.
Sony VAIO VGN-SZ450N/C PC Notebook
I have been using my VAIO SZ for about 4 years now. I dont play games or do anything too intensive on the computer. Photoshop is probably as hardcore as I get. So I think my computer is not as abused as others out there. So potential buyers, keep this in mind when I say that my VAIO SZ runs pretty smoothly and fast. My friend has a similar one and she really dislikes it because it hangs all the time. She was really disappointed because the laptop unit is so expensive! But then again, she drags her computer to class and plops it down every which way so that might be the reason why it hangs...

Apple MacBook 13"
This is the best laptop I have ever owned or used. Coming from a Windows program, it was difficult at first to learn the navigation of a Mac, but it was well worth it. We have not had errors like we did with the other system. It is also kid-friendly.
