This is one of the only books that I read two times. It was funny and sad all at the same time. It made me appreciate more time spent with those that I am close to. I was happy when I saw the trailer for the movie coming out next week. I always like to read the book before seeing the movie (the books are usually better). I think I'll enjoy the movie though - I really like most of the actors in… read full review »

I added PS, I Love You to my last book order as an afterthought.  It was only $7 and the fact that it was being turned into a movie convinced me to add it to the list.  After reading the story in two days, I have to say that I am happy that I decided to buy this book. — PS, I Love You is about Holly Kennedy and her struggle to survive her 30-year old husband Gerry's death.  She can barely drag herself out of bed and shower, let alone think about eating, working, etc.  Her family and friends are very worried about her... and then she receives a large envelope from… read full review »

PS, I Love You, by Cecelia Ahern is one of the best books I've read lately. have yet to see the recently released movie, but I doubt it will be able to live up to its counterpart (the book). It was sweet, sad, funny and real. I am a fan of different cultures as well and the hilarity of these Irish characters carries the story to the end. — The familiar sounding title of the book caught my eye in the library one day and once I read the jacket I realized I'd heard of the movie and wanted to see it. I hadn't known it was based on a book... — I'm not sure of when the book was… read full review »

I have to admit when I was given this book I never figured I would read it. It sat for a few months. When having nothing left to read and in no mood to go out i picked this book up. WOW was I wrong. This book is amazing. I could not believe this was the authors first book. I have since purchased every one she has written. I had to keep reminding myself this was fiction. I read this book in less than 2 days. Honestly, I did not want it to end. I probably will not see the movie as I don't see how it can do justice to the book. This is a must read. —… read full review »

I saw the movie with Gerard Butler and Hillary Swanks.. I LOVED it!  The two made a great combination in this movie  as their personalities shined through making the movie I real hit in my eyes.  I loved the comedy and just  connection between these two actors. I know what I am buying myself for mothers day this year as this movie is due for release in DVD on May 6th.  I CAN'T WAIT!  Watch it.. you'll love… read full review »
